Here at Bodymorph Fitness we have a wide range of friendly classes packed full of Fun & Fitness, suitable for all ages and abilities where everybody is welcome!

Our Mummy Buggy class on Wednesday mornings at 10am lets new mums get back into the groove of exercising whilst bringing baby along in a friendly environment.

Zumba is so much fun you can get the party started, whilst burning off calories as you dance. Bring out the Latin rhythms in you as you shake your body into shape. Show off your dance moves whilst taking part in a workout that burns fat, and involves interval and resistance training.  You might be too busy dancing to notice how much of a workout you have put yourself through as the latin spirit takes over you with dance music from all over the world.

PiYo is a mix of pilates, which focuses on muscle and core building, and yoga, which focuses on strength and flexibility. This total-body workout is designed to strengthen small muscles(triceps, shoulders, biceps, calves) and large muscles( hamstrings, back, chest) and is new to Bodymorph Fitness.

This is a step up from an ordinary Zumba workout. By using weights, your body works harder and you can start to build and tone your muscles as you dance. With all the benefits of a regular Zumba workout plus added elements of toning, you’ll have fun as you achieve your fitness goals.
